With a decade of experience in the industry, Rosemary’s years of dedication and hands-on experience have helped her grow into a successful and trusted professional. At Trophy Insurance, she leads the retention and sales teams, working closely with clients to ensure they receive personalized, top-tier service year after year. As a Senior Account Manager at Trophy, Andrew focuses on renewals, claims, and supporting the everyday needs of customers. After five years with State Farm, Adrian transitioned into the independent brokerage space to offer clients broader options with our many carriers. Adrian specializes in auto, home, life, and commercial insurance, enjoying helping his clients feel confident and secure in their coverage. Beyond insurance, Adrian is also a CrossFit coach and financial coach, bringing a passion for wellness, discipline, and financial literacy to his work.

Maria became interested I insurance with the goal of establishing genuine connections and positively influencing each client's day. Hi there! Just about everyone calls me Mac. Born and raised a Texas gal - but Oklahoma stole my heart and it's been my home ever since. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two of the cutest boys who keep me on my toes and remind me every day why protecting what matters is so important. I love building relationships, supporting other businesses, staying active, and finding opportunities to serve the community I call home. As Trophy's Client Relations Coordinator, I believe one thing to be crystal clear. Insurance has never really been about policies. It’s about people, relationships, and partnering with you to protect the things you’ve worked so hard to build. My favorite part of my job is getting to know the people behind the business, hearing your story, understanding your "why" and becoming someone you can trust. An advocate that has your best interest front and center and someone there for the highs, lows and all the curveballs that life has a tendency of throwing our way. At the end of the day, I hope my clients walk away feeling like they gained more than an insurance advisor. I hope they gained someone who genuinely cares about their success, celebrates their wins, and is in their corner for whatever comes next.

Charla initially obtained her Life, Accident and Health License in 2006 and later decided to diversify by adding her property and casualty insurance license. As an Insurance Agent she specializes in helping clients protect their most valuable assets. Her goal is to explain complex coverage options clearly and simply. When she is not helping local families secure peace of mind, she enjoys archery hunting, fishing with her husband and spending time with her kids and 5 Grandchildren. She also has a sweet labrador retriever named Gus who loves to come to the office with her.

Kirk has been serving clients in the insurance industry for more than 32 years. A Commercial Insurance Specialist holding the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, he is passionate about solving complex insurance challenges and helping clients secure the best coverage to protect what they've built. Outside of work, Kirk enjoys hunting, fishing, and competitive archery, where he has earned both national and world championship titles.

Jacey is a student at Tarleton State University and is currently an intern for Trophy Insurance Solutions. She is eager to learn about the insurance industry, build a foundation for her career, and develop meaningful relationships with both colleagues and clients.
