He has held various roles throughout his career in claims management, agency sales, and distribution. His passion lies in agency development, where he’s helped hundreds of agents get their start and flourish as small business owners. He enjoys competitive fitness, traveling, and spending time with his family. Madeline Logan is the Senior Training and Development Manager at Trophy Insurance, where she is dedicated to helping her team grow, succeed, and reach their goals. With a passion for mentorship and development, she thrives on seeing others achieve their potential. Outside of work, Madeline enjoys running and yoga, always finding joy in movement, setting challenges, and celebrating milestones. With over two decades of experience in insurance, she’s known for her leadership, efficiency, and ability to keep things running like clockwork. Whether she’s solving problems, supporting the team, or helping someone feel heard, she leads with compassion and commitment. As a wife of 20+ years, a proud mom of three, and President of the Santo Athletic Booster Club, it’s no question — Marti brings dedication and excellence to everything she does.

With a decade of experience in the industry, Rosemary’s years of dedication and hands-on experience have helped her grow into a successful and trusted professional. At Trophy Insurance, she leads the retention and sales teams, working closely with clients to ensure they receive personalized, top-tier service year after year. Her commitment to customer care and team leadership is a driving force behind the agency's continued success. Outside of work, Rosemary is a proud wife, mom, and Texas Rangers baseball fan.

Jackie went into insurance for the connections she could make, and she views her role as an insurance agent as a way to help make every client’s day better. Helping small and family-owned businesses is especially rewarding — she strives to be her clients’ biggest champion. As a mom of three, she loves showing her kids how hard work and doing the right thing helps you succeed. When she’s not working or carpooling her kids to sports, you can find her watching college football on weekends.

Outside of work, he’s a dedicated father to his son and enjoys coaching his hockey team.

Doug’s time at Trophy has been spent focusing on Medicare and life insurance that he helps tailor to each client’s needs, supplementing it with home and auto coverage to help his clients enjoy well-rounded protection. Known for his personal, relationship-driven approach, Doug builds strong relationships through genuine service and meaningful connections. He also hosts community bingo events, creating a fun, relaxed way to engage with others and share insurance guidance. Dana is a proud Texan with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry. She’s built a career helping others find security and peace of mind through her role as a Senior Health Advisor. She’s a wife, mom, and passionate traveler who loves exploring new places and creating memories with her family. She’s deeply proud of her country roots.

In her role as Senior Client Relations Specialist, Bayleigh takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and helping them navigate their insurance needs with care and understanding. Originally from Oklahoma, one of the things she values most about her work is the people, as she truly enjoys supporting both her clients and teammates. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and pets.

As a Senior Account Manager at Trophy, Andrew focuses on renewals, claims, and supporting the everyday needs of customers. He enjoys working with a team of dedicated professionals who care deeply about delivering more than just insurance. His team believes in educating clients, building trust, and providing guidance with genuine care. When he’s not working, he’s spending time with his wife and pets, writing music, or playing drums in one of his two bands.

Adam Lahey is a Risk Management Advisor with experience in both personal and commercial lines of insurance. With over a year in the industry, he has quickly developed a strong knowledge base and a passion for helping individuals and businesses. Adam takes pride in ensuring that companies are properly covered so they can focus on growth and success with confidence. A proud Texan through and through, Adam brings the same dedication and work ethic to his career that he does to his hobbies. Outside of the office, he is an accomplished leather craftsman, creating unique and detailed pieces through his leather tooling business.

Hannah works on the operational side of Trophy, making sure every account receives the care and attention it deserves. She takes pride in the details and in helping things run smoothly for the team and our clients. She says that what makes her role especially meaningful is the people she works alongside. Joni joined our team in 2025, bringing with her a passion for helping people protect what matters most. Life is never dull thanks to her lively, blended family of seven children and four grandchildren. When she’s not helping clients, Joni can usually be found with her hands in the garden or cooking up something delicious. Joni is also an Ambassador for the Parker County Chamber of Commerce and loves being involved in the community. She's the kind of person who’s always ready to lend a hand, cheer on a neighbor, or bring a smile to your day.

Kelsey is a licensed Commercial Risk Advisor who has built her career on helping business owners protect what they’ve worked hard to achieve. She takes pride in offering personalized coverage solutions and guiding clients through every step of the process with care and confidence. Her focus on client care and business protection is at the heart of her work. Outside of the office, Kelsey’s proudest role is being a mom to her young daughter. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys making memories with family, supporting her community, and balancing the busy, rewarding life of a working mom.

Adrian Davis brings a unique blend of experience, energy, and community focus to Trophy. After five years with State Farm, Adrian transitioned into the independent brokerage space to offer clients broader options with our many carriers. His goal is simple: provide tailored coverage that fits each client’s life, budget, and long-term goals. Adrian specializes in auto, home, life, and commercial insurance, enjoying helping his clients feel confident and secure in their coverage. Beyond insurance, Adrian is also a CrossFit coach and financial coach, bringing a passion for wellness, discipline, and financial literacy to his work.
